How a stall works

From application to service

The general shape of a festival stall. Fees, sizes and load-in times for NSIC come in the vendor pack, which hasn't been published.

  1. 01ApplyTell the team what you cook, your brand and what you need on the ground.
  2. 02Hear backThe team replies with the vendor pack: stall options, fees and rules.
  3. 03AllocationYour stall is placed on the site plan with power and water points.
  4. 04ServiceTwo days of service from 1 pm, alongside the arena.
  5. 05Load-outStall cleared and the ground handed back.
